From western Long Island. Go east on the Long Island Expressway to exit 72, go straight and get onto Route 25 east. and go 3 1/4 miles. There is a traffic light here at Peconic Ave with a Chase Bank on the right. Those with trailers or boats or tents go straight to the next traffic light at McDermott Ave. Turn right onto McDErmott Ave. (There will be a barricade which will be moved for you). Go into the parking lot and park as directed.

All others should go straight from the Peconic traffic light for a 1/10 mile and turn right on the driveway to the parking lot. There is a sign with a green P here. Go into the parking lot and turn left and park where available.

If you are coming from Connecticut you may take the Bridgeport -  Port Jefferson ferry and then Route 25A to Route 25 and into Riverhead. Proceed as above.
