Definitions: 

Ltwt Women:  Must weigh no more than 130.0 pounds
Ltwt Men:  Must weigh no more than 160.0 pounds

Novice:  May have no more than 2 years rowing experience.  This means from the start date of your novice rowing class.

Course:

All rowers are responsible for knowing the traffic pattern prior to going out on the water.  If you are unsure of the traffic pattern please check-in with the Aquatic Center front office staff to receive a map.

The Start:

We will be using a staggered start for all races with handicaps.  The starter will call out:  "Attention...Go...1...2...3...4, etc."
