The only hotel available near the starting line, in Lowell, is the Main Street Inn. They have 6-7 rooms and rates range from $89 to $125/night. http://www.mainstreetinnlowell.com/
Hotels near the boathouse/finish dock include a Comfort Suites in Comstock Park, as well as a Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, SpringHill Suites, and America's Best Value Inn near the Alpine Avenue exit on I-96. The Riverfront Hotel is at the south end of Riverside Park (of which the north end is the race's finish line).

The only nearby campground is the Grand Rogue campground, which is along the race course at a point of about 6 miles left in the race. The campground is available by reservation only.
