Q: How do I submit an entry?
A: If you are submitting an entry for any youth event, the Inclusion 2x, or any coxed event, you will first need to submit your Institutional Registration. You can do so here: https://www.regattacentral.com/clubs/?org_id=683. After you submit your Institutional Registration Card, you can register your entry by clicking "Registration Form".

For all other singles and doubles races, you can register by clicking “Registration Form” on the top right of your screen. Select your event, enter your information, and submit your application.
 

Q: When will accepted entries be posted?
A: All accepted entries will be posted within a week of their deadline. Entries will be available in the "Entries" page under the Information menu. Applications that were not accepted will not be notified.
 

Q: I need to scratch an entry. How do I do this?
A: All scratches need to be received in writing to regatta@hocr.org by September 30th. Accepted entries who fail to notify the Regatta in writing of their withdrawal or inability to compete on or before September 30th shall not be eligible to compete in any event in the current year’s (2021) Regatta, nor in any event in the following year’s (2022) Regatta.
 

Q: What is the refund policy?
A: There are no refunds given for scratched entries per Rule 3.6. If you are an International competitor and cannot travel to the US because of Covid travel restrictions, please email regatta@hocr.org.
