PARKING:  For Trailers: Arrive anytime after noon on Friday.  There will be a Circus show at 7pm, and their patrons start arriving around 5pm so getting the trailer to the park before then would be advisable.  There will be space on-island for the tow vehicles, and passes will be provided at the time you check in.  The park opens at 6am on Saturday and Sunday, so it is possible to come then, but races start at 8am, and it could be congested.

For Cars: Parking fee is $10/car.  Due to the Circus, parking for both participants and spectators has to be off-island, in the South parking lot, which is at the south end of the lake.  There will be a Trolley from the parking lot to the venue.   It could take 30 minutes from your car to the venue depending on the trolley schedule.  The Trolley will operate until about 30 minutes after the final races on Saturday and Sunday.

See change to Mixed Novice Masters 2x on Schedule; now #74 after Event 55 Men's Ltwt Masters 2x.  Further change: I apparently messed up and did not include events for Men's and Women's Novice 2x.  If you have rowers in those categories, enter them in Event 74 and let me know.  I will sort it out on race day and time them separately.

Due to damage to the attenuator from the hurricane, all crews will have to enter the course at the 2000m start location, and then row up to either the 1500m Start on Saturday, or the 1000m Start on Sunday.  The Middle School crews will launch from the Awards Dock by the tower on Friday afternoon, but recover at the normal recovery docks after the finish.

While the Sarasota Circus will still be on Regatta Island, they have moved their entire operation to the eastern segment of the island, which opened up the trailer parking lot so we will be able to handle all the trailers expected!  Parking for competitors and spectators will be off-island, either at the south end or in the northwest section, as has been customary for the last few years.  Further details will be forthcoming.  Note: There will be a trolley shuttle running from the south parking lot and Regatta Island.  More details to follow.

Damage from Hurricane Ian was mainly limited to the 2000 meter starting area and several sections of the attenuator.  The course itself and all the launch and recovery docks were unaffected.  The starting platforms we will be using will be tethered to the main course cables instead of having their own substructure, but are otherwise the same.
