  • Only PSRA Member Teams may compete in City Championship
  • No seniors in a JV Boat
  • A and B entries only
  • No double rowing for rowers and coxswains

PROCEDURES
MEDALS FOR ALL EVENTS: 
  • Events with four or more entries = gold, silver and bronze awarded.
  • Events with three entries = gold and silver awarded.
  • Events with two entires = only gold awarded.
  • We hope to have an awards dock this year, weather permitting. First place winners can get out of the boat to receive their trophies and/or plaques. Other medal winners stay in the boat to receive their medals. Only coaches and trophy presenters are allowed on the dock.
 
NO PRACTICE ON THE COURSE for traveling teams will be allowed on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot supply supervision for them, and it is against River Rules for junior crews to be unsupervised.
 
*NOVICE RULE
f. Novice – Novice oarsmen shall be those male and female athletes in their
first year of rowing or coxing who have not competed in a regatta prior to June 15  of the current academic year, regardless of the age or grade of the athlete.
 
i. This rule shall apply equally with respects to both sculling and
sweep rowing. (i.e. an oarsperson with two years of sweep
experience but no sculling experience shall not be considered a
novice and vice versa.)
ii. Athletes who cox a season(s) and who later become rowers in a
subsequent season (or vice versa) will be considered novice rowers
in their first year of rowing.
 
SCRATCH POLICY
  • Scratches can be made online up until Friday noon. After that they must be emailed to  [email protected] or reported to us at the coaches meeting at the regatta tent.
  • Scratches made before the late deadline of Thursday 1:00 pm will not be fined.
  • Scratches made after the late deadline will incur a $25 fee.
  • Failure to show up for a race without notifying us will incur a fine of $50 per entry.

PAYMENT is due upon the submission of entries. 
REFUNDS - No refunds after the standard deadline.
