Pride Sprints is a USRowing sanctioned regatta. A USRowing membershp and/or waiver is not required, but all participants must be, at minimum, guest members of ZLAC and SDRC. 

Waivers for both SDRC and ZLAC must be submitted before participating in Pride Sprints.
