1. UPDATE Control Commission: 
   1. There will be no control commission/boat checks prior to entering the race course.  
   2. Crews will be solely responsible for meeting USRowing safety requirements for both athletes and equipment during this event, e.g. heel ties and bow balls must be squared away.
