COACHES MEETING AT 7:30 AM AT THE REGATTA TENT JUST SOUTH OF GILLIN BOATHOUSE
Remote parking lots are open and free shuttle buses begin at 8 am. They include a yellow school bus and a white handicapped accessible mini-bus.

Entrance Times for the March 23 Flick are: 6 am – Boat Trailers, Staff, LOC, Referees; 6:30 am Coaches in cars; 7 am – Team Buses and Vans, Chuckwagons; 8 am – Cars/SUVs/Trucks not towing a chuckwagon/Spectators. Aforementioned vehicles may arrive later but not before these times.
