High performance camp application
Sag Harbor Community Rowing will offer a two-week Junior and U23 high performance sculling camp starting Monday June 16th continuing thru Saturday June 26. The High-Performance camp will have two sessions Mon-Fri (morning & afternoon) and one morning session on Saturdays. Coaching will include on water and sport-specific land training. The camp will be limited to 16 participants, is intended for experienced rowers, and will prepare the athletes to compete in the Independence Day Regatta in Philadelphia Friday-Sunday July 4-6. Athletes may sign up for one or both weeks. It is highly recommended that athletes interested in competing in the Independence day Regatta plan on attending both weeks.
Fees: $2000.00 for 2 weeks including lunches and regatta entry
$1250.00 for 1 week
