Learn-to-Row (LTR) is our flagship introduction to rowing for new RRC members. Participants have their membership fee waived in the calendar year that they complete LTR. LTR graduates may continue on to other programs.

"Learn to Row" program is designed for new rowers who want to explore the fitness and sport of rowing. In 2018, there will be 2 identical cycles (note AM vs PM preference), that will expose first-time learners to both sweep (1 oar) and scull (2 oars) rowing, with the hope that these different styles will synergize to reinforce proper rowing form.
