Athletes will participate in training sessions designed by the coaching staff to prepare for regular-season competitions and qualifying regattas. These practices will include both strength training on land and water training in the boats. Additional fees apply for races, US Rowing Membership and uniforms. All athletes are required to bring their own workout clothes, water bottles and notebooks to practice.
