Welcome to the 2025 FSRA Central District Championships/Jake Snyder Middle School Regatta hosted by Braves Rowing!

Saturday, April 5th, 2024

Park entrance and parking fees can be prepaid for a discount at $13.00 per car or $15 cash on the day of the regatta. VIP Parking Available!

Please share this link with all athletes, parents and spectators. They will need to show the QR code provided in the confirmation email for scanning to enter the parking lot. One QR code per vehicle is required. If leaving and re-entering the parking lot, a re-entry pass will be required. The re-entry pass can be picked up as you exit the parking lot.  

  • All boat trailers should be in position by 7:30AM.  There will be NO admission to the front gate prior to 6:30 AM as the gate will be closed and unmanned.  We encourage boat trailer drop off on Friday 4/4.  Please contact [email protected] (text prefered 407-232-0688) to make arrangements.

Please refer to the History tab for information about the Jake Snyder RegattaNO HOTSEATING OR DOUBLING will be allowed for Middle School events. 

Cooking and open flames are not permitted in Bill Frederick Park.  Hammocks and balloons are also not permitted in BFP.

Waivers:

Waivers must be completed by Sunday, March 30th.  Any entries without signed waivers will be scratched.

Assistance Needed:  

We are in need of extra launches (full tank of gas, paddle and saftey vests) and a $50 credit towards registration fees will be applied if you are able to assist.  Please email [email protected] if you can help!

Additional Information:

  • High School Coaches & Coxswains meeting will be virtual - 2025 High School Coaches and Athlete Virtual Meeting Recording. Middle School Coaches and Coxswains meeting will be at 1:30 pm next to the HQ pavilion.
  • Lightweight weigh ins - Weigh in will be allowed between 7:45-8:45am on Saturday at HQ pavilion. These are the only times available. The entire boat needs to be present to weigh in. Re-weighs will only be allowed if the rowers is within one (1) pound of the event maximum and must be done within the weigh-in time windows. 
  • Event times are approximate. Events with fewer than 4 entries will be combined with similar categories. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals will be awarded in each category. Events with more than 7 entries will have heats before the first event.
  • Doubling is allowed for High school - 1 sweep event and 1 sculling event per rower or 2 sweep or 2 sculling. For Middle School, no doubling allowed.
    T-shirt vendor will be onsite for personalized tshirts.
