Minnesota Power Pull

  • Hosted By: Rochester Rowing Club, Minnesota

This event is co-sponsored Rochester Community and Technical College

The Power Pull registration fee is $20.00 per participant.

Note our 9:00 am start time to accommodate crews who travel. Collegiate races begin at 11:30 am.

As time permits, we will do some 500 meter dashes and, as always, we will have some fun relays at the end.

  • Are you registering for the first time?  Try our registration guide (with pictures to make registering really easy - look for them beginning on the bottom of the link above) for individuals and CrossFit participants.

  • A signed paper waiver is required for each competitor prior to racing. Juniors, please bring your 'parent signedwaiver to the Power Pull.  Adults need a signed waiver as well. Please visit the waiver section for more information and to make a copy of the waiver.

  • Register by Sunday, February 7th if you would like a 100% cotton Power Pull t-shirt. Cost = $15.00.  Order and pay for your t-shirt when registering. Shirts available for pick-up at the Power Pull.  We will not have any extra t-shirts for sale. No t-shirt orders accepted after Sunday, February 7th.

  • Standard registration deadline will be midnight (CST) on Sunday, February 14th. Late registration until Wednesday, February 17th (with a $10.00 late fee).  To assure a smooth, efficient and fun-filled event, we encourage everyone to register by the deadline.

  • We will have medals for the top three finishers in all categories except the sprints and relays. A photostage is available for individual and team pictures. Personal Best ribbons will be awareded. Winners are announced throughout the day.

  • Lunch ($7.00 - please prepay and ORDER ~ link on registration page ~ when registering) will be available on-site.  See food and dining for menu.  You may bring your own food if you would like.

  • Walk-in registrations are welcome, but discouraged, because we would like the races to proceed quickly and smoothly.

  • A study room is available for rowers needing to do homework.

  • See the 'News' section for more important Power Pull information.
