Please print the following waiver, and bring it to registration.  All competitors 18 years of age and older may sign the form for themselves, and those under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the form.  If this form is not brought to registration, you will be asked to sign the waiver at registration (when you pick up your race slip) and those under 18 should have a guardian or coach to sign.
