First Coast Head Race (FCHR)

Each team/individual will need to assure that they are compliant with the following:

All competitors must complete the following waivers:

• FSRA liability waiver (from NOARA)

 

Minors: For competitors under the age of 18, the minor and a parent/guardian must sign the minor’s waiver. Please sign your waivers online at the link above.

These are the only acceptable waivers for the First Coast Head Race (FCHR).

 

Note: If your team is not in the database, select ‘unaffiliated’ from the drop-down menu.

 

NCAA Compliance: Colleges should review the event categories with their NCAA Compliance Officer to ensure collegiate athletes are following the NCAA rules.

Handicapping: Masters handicapping will follow USRowing guidelines. A factor of 4.8 will be used for the full course and a factor of 2.8 will be used for the short course.

 

Check-in: Begins Friday, October 13, 2023 from 4:45pm to 6:30pm,

        continues Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 6:00am

 

A team coach must check-in for the entire team. (Masters clubs, please notify your members of this.)

 

All teams must bring the printed and completed forms (click to go to website, where you can download the packet) below when checking in at the Registration tent:

1. Competitor List (with verification of waiver compliance)
2. Medical Information Sheet
3. Lightweight Weigh-In Sheet (if applicable)
