SWEAT (Southwest Ergometer Amateur Tournament)

Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas is proud to host the 2010 Southwest Ergometer Amateur Tournament (SWEAT), an official satellite regatta of the C.R.A.S.H. -- B Sprints World Indoor Rowing Championship.

Concept2 is sponsoring the event and will send selected top SWEAT qualifiers to Boston to compete in the world championship Feb. 14, 2010.

8 a.m. to approximately 3 p.m.

Doors open at 7:30 a.m. for weigh-in.  Please be sure to have your signed waivers, unless mailed.  Parental signature is required if under 18.

Registration closes Wednesday, Feb. 3 at midnight. Late entries will be permitted on the day with a surchage of $10 per athlete. Please note that there will be no refunds.

 Family, friends and fans are welcome:  general admission is $3, with a $1 discount for ages 18 and under.

Please give yourself plenty of time for check-in, weigh-in and preparing to row.

Concept2 sets qualifying times in each of the C.R.A.S.H.-B. age, sex and weight categories and then provides round-trip airfare to Boston for up to four qualifiers from the SWEAT event.  The SWEAT planning committee will determine the selection method in the event that more than 4 people qualify.
