  ROCKETTS LANDING REGATTA DIRECTIONS & PARKING  VBC Members will be directing parking from 7:00am-8:45amFor Directions to the VBC Boathouse you can also follow this link to our website: http://www.virginiaboatclub.orgTRAILERS From East Main Street:
After your right-hand turn onto Route 5/East Main Street (immediately after Poe's Pub) continue ½ mile past the railroad trestle. As you approach a sign for the Rocketts Landing LLC (on right) at the intersection of Nicholson (on the left) and Water Street/Dock Street on the right (river side), take a hard right downhill onto Water/Dock Street toward the Intermediate Terminal.  

At the base of the hill, take a LEFT, cross the parking area of the Intermediate Terminal and head parallel to the river straight into Rocketts Landing. We will be parking trailers consecutively, PERPENDICULAR  to the railroad tracks, in the parking area adjacent to the VBC Boat House.

From Dock Street:
Dock Street will run right into the Intermediate Terminal Parking Lot area. Take slight right onto paved & sanded driveway?VBC members will be assisting trailer parking.

CAR-TOPPED SINGLES AND DOUBLES

We will reserve parking on Old East Main Street for Car-topping registrants. You should park perpendicular to the old power station on Old East Main Street. Off-load from the street and take the stairs on the upriver side of the power station (on the right of the power station when you are facing it) down to the staging area.

SPECTATOR AND OVERFLOW PARKING From Old East Main Street:
After your right hand turn onto Route 5/East Main Street (immediately after Poe's Pub) continue ½ mile past the railroad trestle. As you approach a sign for the Richmond Raft Company at the intersection of Nicholson (on left) and Water Street/Dock Street on the right (river side), take a hard right downhill onto Water/Dock Street toward Intermediate Terminal.

At the base of the hill, take a LEFT into the parking lot of the Intermediate Terminal and park to the right in the parking area.

From Dock Street:
Dock Street will run right into the Intermediate Terminal Parking Lot area. Take slight right onto paved and sandy driveway. VBC members will assist with parking.

If that area is full, continue up Dock Street and take a right onto Old East Main Street (Virginia Boat Club will be on your right) follow posted signage and take a right onto Orleans Street. Take a right into the parking lot of William Hill Co.

STAGING/RIGGING On the street side of the railroad tracks, there will be a field set aside for rigging and staging. Bring your own slings and bring a tent if you have one. The dock is immediately downstream from the staging area.
