Following is some key information for MIR 2012;
- Parking is $10 and good for both days. Trucks pulling a trailer can park for free.
- VIP passes are $50 and include access to the VIP room upstairs at the MRC boathouse on Sunday only. A video projector will be set up so you can watch the races in style along with food and drinks.
- Weigh Ins will start on Saturday at 3:00 PM in the field at the Registration Tent. Weigh In’s will also be available Sunday morning at 6:30 am-9:30 am.

- Your crews will be launching and recovering from a beach-it’s recommended they wear some type of waterproof foot gear –sandals, crocs, etc.
- We are planning on starting at the southeast corner of the basin and racing towards the city.
- The course will be open from 4:00 PM till approximately 5:30 Pm on Saturday for teams that wish to practice.
- MRC Boathouse will be off limits on Saturday afternoon in preparation for a wedding that night.
- Winning Men and Women Varsity 8 coaches will receive a seaplane tour of Miami immediately after the regatta courtesy of Miami Seaplane. http://www.miamiseaplane.com/
