The 2012 Twin Cities Junior Sweeps is the 3rd annual regatta hosted by the Twin Cities Youth Rowing Club. This is a juniors only regatta, and has already built a great reputation for very competitive heats with split second finishes.
The Regatta is held on Bryant Lake in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, which is part of the scenic Three Rivers Park District. The boats are launched from the shore, just off the beautiful swimming beach, which is also a perfect place to watch the races or take a quick dip in the lake.
You can also watch the finish line from the park's beautiful picnic area. The shade from all of the mature trees is also a wonderful place to relax between finishes.
