Re:  Frostbite Lodging @ WSU Heskett Center

Dear Crews:

We are excited about your participation in the 21st Annual Wichita Frostbite Regatta, November 4, 2012. 

The Frostbite planning committee wants to make your regatta experience as enjoyable and cost efficient as possible. 

As you may know free sleeping accommodations satuday evening, November 3, are available at Wichita State University in the Heskett Center, their campus recreation center. 

If you are planning on sleeping at the Heskett Center, please contact the WSU coach, Calvin Cupp and let him know (1) approximately how many will be staying and (2) approximately when you plan to arrive.  There is plenty of room for all, but Coach Cupp needs this information so that he can properly assign sleeping rooms, so that a large crew is not placed into a smaller room.
