There is considerable construction on going in the Clarks Bridge area and there may be significant changes to the parking directions. 

We will e-mail to all registered teams the changes and a clarification of the drop off and parking procedures in effect during this year’s regatta.

There is a FREE Shuttle at Gainesville Middle School

1581 Community Way, Gainesville, GA

4.03 miles/5-8 minute drive 

Directions to Gainesville Middle School from venue:

  • Head southwest on GA-284 S/Clarks Bridge - 1.8 mi
  • Turn left onto US-129 S Limestone Pkwy - 1.6 mi
  • Turn Right onto GA-369 W/US-129 Bus S/Jesse Jewell Pkwy SE - .7 mi
  • Turn right onto Community Way. Destination is on your left - .3 mi


Directions to Gainesville Middle School from Interstate 985:

  • Take the US-129 / Jesse Jewell Pkwy exit, EXIT 24, toward GA-369 / New Holland / Hall County Farmers Market
  • Turn left onto US-129 N / Jesse Jewell Pkwy NE. Continue to follow Jesse Jewell Pkwy NE 1.3 m
  • Turn right onto Community Way .09 mMapHide Map  Community Way is 0.1 miles past Liberty St

If you are on Jesse Jewell Pkwy NE and reach Barn St you've gone about 0.2 miles too far

General Parking $15/Parking on-site:

Tower Side Parking:

Handicap, VIP, and Vendor Parking -– Please proceed into the lot and park in the designated parking spaces. Please DO NOT block the Shuttle bus pathway/turnaround.

Shuttle Bus, Athlete, Tent City & Handicap Drop-Off ONLY- After drop-off, please exit the lot and proceed to your destination. Turn right for General Parking ($15) and turn left to Shuttle Parking (FREE) at Gainesville Middle School, 1581 Community Way, Gainesville, GA, 4 miles/5-8 minutes from venue.

Dock Side Parking:

Trailer & Coaches Parking –Once you’ve entered the lot, please follow parking attendant’s directions.

GENERAL PARKING/$15 – Straight Past Venue on Left

Please have your $15 ready (exact change is appreciated) and follow directions into the lot.

NOTE:  Due to construction, expect long traffic delays. To expedite the parking process, please follow these instructions and do not cause additional delays by having conversations with parking attendants. We request that you park, find a JHR volunteer and they will direct you to the appropriate person to speak with.
