WRA PASTA DINNER

Continuing what is now an annual tradition at the Frostbite Regatta, we invite you to join the Wichita Rowing Association for a Pasta Dinner.

When:

Saturday night, November 3rd

Where:

Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 1101 N. River Blvd, Wichita. Gloria Dei is located on the west side of the race course in the area of the start line, south of the 11th Street Bridge.

Cost:

The $6.00 Pasta Dinner is available to coaches and rowers.

What (the yummy):

• Spaghetti with beef or black bean pasta sauce
• Breadsticks
• Green Salad.
• Drinks: water or iced tea.

How:

Sign your crew up on Regatta Central in the “Registration Form” area.

Nitty Gritty:

Meals will be served from

5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

You will receive your seating time with your registration packet.

Directions:

From the Frostbite Regatta staging area in South Riverside Park: Exit from the parking area and turn left (north) onto Nims Street, continue north across the river until you reach the flashing yellow light. At the yellow flashing light turn left onto River Boulevard and proceed to Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 1101 N. River Blvd, on the left (west) side of the road. Enter the building on the north side to the site of the Pasta Dinner site.

Sunday Breakfast or Dinner

Legends Restaurant which is where one of our rowers is the pastry chef offers great dining.  If a family member wishes to come for afternoon racing, Legends serves a brunch from 10:30 AM -2 PM on Sunday.  Or stop there before heading out of town - especially if flying out as the restaurant is right at the airport.
