Row America Regatta Hotel Information
To receive special Row America Regatta rates, you must book through the Row America Regatta online housing system, Meetingmax. Reservations WILL NOT be accepted directly through the hotels.

Individual or Group Reservations with the Same Credit Card:
Step 1: Make your reservation online by clicking on the following link:

Step 2: Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a housing system-generated email immediately. You will receive a SECOND housing system-generated email within the next several days, once the hotel you have chosen has processed your reservation and assigned your confirmation number(s).
Please note: Completion of the reservation process may take up to 72 hours (three days) from your receipt of the FIRST email. Should you NOT receive the second, confirmation email within 96 hours (four days), please call 800-777-4373 (Greater St. Charles’ CVB Office) and ask for extension 102. Your call will be returned by staff within the next 24 BUSINESS hours (office is open Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm.)
*Step 3: If you need to cancel or make a change to your reservation, please do not contact the hotel directly until October 1st. Until then, please make changes and cancellations to your reservation using the link provided in the confirmation e-mail, to be received within 72 hours (three days) of your original reservation.
Team Room Blocks – individual reservations by individual credit cards - Deadline September 9, 2014:

Step 2: Complete all fields, including total number of rooms, desired room types and any special requests. Print a copy of the data you have submitted for your records
Step 3: You will receive email confirmation that the block has been set up within 72 hours. This email will include a reservation link which you may then forward to your team members so that individual reservations can be made in the block. In the event and due to high demand, your hotel(s) of choice is/are no longer available, we will call you to discuss additional hotel choices.
