This regatta is a Scholastic and Youth Regatta open to any High School or Club Junior Program located in Greater Metropolitan New York area, including New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.

No composite teams are permitted.

Each boat has to represent only one High School, or one Club Team.

Lightweight limits:  Women - 130 lbs.  /  Men - 150 lbs.

Coxswains do not need to weigh in.

B and C entries are permitted.

Athletes may participate in more than one event.

Race Distance:  1500 m    Middle School & Rec Novice Race Distance:  1000 m

Each flight is a Final with a gold medal awarded to the winner, except the Boys & Girls Varsity 4x and 8+ (if more than 4 boats entered in these categories there will be heats and a final).
