Safety is our utmost concern.  While we do not prohibit dogs at the regatta, they must be strictly controlled and on short leashes.  With so many athletes handling boats, dogs moving among them is very dangerous.  We reserve the right to ask the owners to remove them if they are not properly leashed.

Preliminary times are as follows:

6:15a  Park gates open; boats, trailers, team tents.

6:30a  General Parking

7:00a  Headquarters Opens

7:30a - 9:00a Weigh-ins (at Headquarters)

8:00a - Coach & cox meeting  (at Headquarters)

9:00a - First Race

The new waiver form is now posted and can be accessed via the Waiver Tap on the left.  Per our insurance contract they cannot row without a waiver.   Every athlete must submit a waiver.  Below are the instructions. 

1.    From the Waiver tab...

2.    Enter the name of your School (or club)

3.    Select the appropriate match below the Club/School field

4.    Enter the Last Name and Birthdate of the athlete and click Next

5.    Select all applicable records and click Next

6.    Complete the athlete information page and click Next

7.    Check the box in the lower left corner to agree and click Next

8.    Congratulations! You have submitted the waiver and will receive a confirmation email

Men's & Women's Freshman 4+ events have been added to this years event.  Please note these competitors must be true Freshmen, enrolled in grade 9 for this year.
