Long Island Scholastic Championships is ONLY for scholasic programs on Long Island! There will be 12 men's and women's events, on a protected 1500m course in Hempstead Harbor. Due to SATs and high tide the races will start at 1pm in the afternoon and conclude by 5pm, Novice races will start the day.
