All registrations and waivers will be completed using Regatta Central and must be completed prior to the event. All participants must complete a USRowing waiver through Regatta Central's Waiver Portal.

A late fee of $5 per athlete per each event will be charged for entries received after 11:59PM PST on Friday, February 2, 2018. No exceptions will be made.

Age Restrictions for Competition
Junior participants (Age 14-18) must have been born on or after January 1, 1999, and not be in a collegiate program as of race day. Youth event participants (Age 11-14) must have been born on or after January 1, 2003, and before January 1, 2006. For all other events with an age restriction, age is as of race day. No one under the age of 11 may row in CybERG. Juniors and Masters age is calculated by calendar year.
The Concept 2 Model D ergometer will be used. You may select your own damper setting (drag factor), but the setting may not be changed during the race.
Lightweights must weigh-in on race day. All competitors entered in a lightweight division of any event must weigh in on race day during the one-hour window beginning two hours before their assigned race time and ending one hour before their race time. (EG: If you are scheduled to race at 12:00 p.m., you must weigh in between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.).
The weigh-in station will open at 7:00 am and close one hour prior to the last lightweight event. Any competitor failing to weigh in or make weight may race in his/her originally seeded time slot, but the score will count in the OPENWEIGHT division of that event.
Weight limit for Rowers:
Men: 165 pounds or less
Women: 135 pounds or less
Most events have an open weight and lightweight division.
Open – Men’s and Women’s, Heavyweight and Lightweight, No age restrictions
Master – 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+, Men’s and Women’s, Heavyweight and Lightweight
Junior – Restricted to entrants in high school (or lower grade) born on or after January 1, 2000, i.e students who will not turn 19 at any point in 2018 or who are enrolled in high school and have not graduated or obtained a high school diploma. Junior age is calculated by calendar year. Men’s and Women’s, Heavyweight and Lightweight.
RACE DAY INFORMATION
Check in opens at 7 am. It is recommended that athletes check in two hours prior to the start of their race, to have time to get acquainted with the facility and to warm up. All athletes must sign a waiver in conjunction with their Regatta Central registration.
Warm-up ergs will be available for use by all competitors adjacent to the competition floor. Final warm-up strokes may be taken on the competition floor during the 5 minutes prior to race time.
Athletes should be on their competition erg 5 minutes prior to the start of their race. The competition floor is a restricted area. Each athlete is allowed to bring one person onto the competition floor during their race. Once a heat is over, athletes are asked to immediately clear the competition floor. This allows the regatta to stay running on time. Warm up ergs may be used for additional cool down.
Admission to watch the event is free of charge. Spectators are not allowed on the competition floor.
