Coaches/Coxswains Meeting: To be determined, to be held by the registration area. At least one representative from each club should attend. All crews will be responsible for the information delivered at the meeting, regardless of attendance. A course map will be available at the meeting.
Entry Deadline: All Junior boat entries must be received by Saturday July 21st. Masters and Adaptive boat entries must be received by Sunday, July 29th. Late entries will be subject to space availability.

Parking: Security for trailers parked overnight at the boathouse will be provided. Please let us know ahead of time so security can be arranged from the time of your arrival.
Tents: Teams are encouraged to bring their tents to set up in the park alongside the boathouse grounds to the North of the boathouse..
Registration: From 6:00 am to 10 am on Saturday, July 28th and from 6:00am to 10 am on Sunday, July 29th All clubs and individual rowers must register on site and drop off waivers and/or entry fees at this time. Waivers: Please use the standard USRowing Waiver form, CLICK HERE to sign the online USRowing waiver if you have not already done so.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each event.
The age/skill categories are as follows:
(a) Junior: A Junior is a competitor who in the current calendar year does not attain the age of 19, or who is and has been continuously enrolled in secondary school as a full time student seeking a diploma. A competitor thus ceases to be a Junior after December 31 of the year of his or her 18th birthday, or of the year in which he or she completes the 12th grade of secondary school, having been a full-time student, whichever is later.
There will be middle school events at this regatta. They must have an experienced cox to race, which can be a coach, junior or master.
(b) Master: A Master is a competitor who has attained or will attain the age of 21 during the current calendar year. A competitors age is determined as of December 31 of the current calendar year, rounded down to the nearest whole number. A competitor thus becomes a Master on January 1 of the year of his or her 21st birthday. A Masters crew shall be comprised exclusively of Masters rowers, but the coxswain need not be a Master.
The age category of a Masters crew shall be determined by the average age of the rowers in the crew, rounded down to the nearest whole number. The age of a coxswain shall not be counted.
(c) A Veteran is a competitor who has attained or will attain the age of 60 during the current calendar year.
(d) Novice shall be a coxswain or rower whose initial competition within that same discipline has been in the previous12 months of the date of the regatta.
Lightweight Men shall be no more than 160 lbs, Lightweight Women shall be no more than 135 lbs.
Masters events will be handicapped as per US Rowing.
Bow Numbers: Each crew shall carry a bow number, the provision of which will be the responsibility of the crew/sculler.
Foot Release Gear: Where the feet of the competitor are held by foot gear affixed to the stretcher of the boat, the design of such foot gear shall provide for the quick release of the competitors feet in the case of capsize, without the use of hands. Such design may consist of Velcro or pull strings at the heels. All boats will be checked for such appropriate foot gear, if such foot gear is not present, at all seats, that boat will be prohibited from competing.
Launching: Please limit the number of assistants to two members per boat. There will be two calls to launch prior to each event and Launch Officials at the dock to insure all boats launch on time.
HOTSEATING: There must be a minimum of 45 minutes between events for competitors and boats.

There will be a $1250.00 cap on team fees for juniors and masters.
