BC Summer Games Rowing Regatta

This four-day event happens every 2 years in BC. Rowing has been a participating sport since 2010. Targeting U17 athletes, the BC Summer Games Regatta includes a time trial, head-to-head races and a skills event, promoting athlete development at the Train-to-Train stage. For many athletes, rowing at the BC Summer Games is their first exposure to a multi-sport games and a selection process that mimics that of Team BC and the Junior National Team. The BC Summer Games provide athletes with exposure to Rowing BC Provincial Coaches and athlete resources, including physical and psychological preparation, goal setting and nutrition.
