Coach and Coxswains meeting will be held at 7:00am on Sat (the packet says 7:30 - we changed it to 7:00).  There will be an additional meeting at 9:00 for anyone that missed the first meeting.

Coaches/Boat Trailer drivers:

PLEASE PLEASE: trailers must be parked parallel and packed in just close enough to get the boats off. The boats will be set down, prepped and stored on the grassy area. We have 28 trailers coming and spots for 27 - so it will need to be very tight. In the boat area; please place all boats parallel to each other. We greatly appreciate your cooperation on this!

Weigh Ins:

There will be a Friday evening weigh in from 6:15 - 7:30pm.  The athletes can weigh in at any time on Sat starting at 7:00am.  The lightweights must weigh in as a boat.  The cox does not need to weigh in.

First call will be one hour from race time.  Coaches: please have your novices, fours singles and doubles go at first call.  Teams must have oar helpers in order for a boat to launch. This will help us stay on time, which will make everyone happy!

The area from the docks to the boats is very rocky.  Your rowers will need their shoes when they arrive back at the dock.  Please have helpers available.

Hot Seating

We will make every attempt to try and accomodate hot seats; however, our goal is to run a fair race - on time. Please notify the dockmaster nad have your cox take a hot seat flag if they need to hotseat a later boat.  The hotseat flags will be available at the docks.  You will be hotseating at your own risk.

Car-topped boats:

Please park any vehicles with a car-topped boat curbside.  There will be no room in the trailer lots.  We advise you to arrive early to get close parking!
