General Parking Information:

Beach Lot Parking

Parking at the beach lot is reserved and a physical parking pass is required. 

Volunteers, officials, and coaches may park in the beach lot. There will be staff on hand to help direct parking.  Parking is not allowed on the grass.  If you park on the grass, you will recieve a ticket.

Venue Parking

Spectators may park in the Indian Mound shelter lot, the Turkey Ridge shelter lot or the Tate Boat Ramp.  There will be shuttle service provided. 

Parking is available on Beach Road 3.  These lots allow for a view of the course at the 1500 meter mark.  The event venue is a short walk away.  Shuttle service provided.

Parking and viewing of the start dock is available at  the Army Corps of Engineers Slade Road Boat Ramp (labeled Corp Ramp on the map).  No shuttle is provided.

Overflow parking is available at the Grant Career Center,  718 W Plane St, Bethel, OH 45106.  A shuttle is provided.

Team Bus parking will be in the park office parking lot.  Buses will be able to drop off their occupants at the beach and will then be directed to the park office parking lot. 

Tents may be set up beginning at 11AM on Friday.   Tents may be set up west of the Pavillion.   Do not block the walking paths. If you are unclear, please ask a LOC volunteer and review map below for guidance. Each team will receive 1 parking pass for a support vehicle.  

No tents of any kind on the Beach.

See the map above for boat staging areas.  Please keep trailers out of the parking lot except for designated areas and park on the grass.  If you need help, ask an LOC member.

Food vendors will be on site starting at 7:00 am.  

There will NOT be ice nor water spigots on site this year.
