On Campus

Brentwood will provide dedicated space on campus at $19 per person per night (not including coaches / chaperones). Our capacity for this service is 800 athletes, so make your requests as accurately as possible as we will close the registration when we meet our capacity. Adult supervision of athletes from each club/school must be provided at all times in the sleeping areas. Failure to provide the required supervision will mean that your athletes will have to leave and make other arrangements. This fee is to cover the considerable janitorial expenses.

After race entries are submitted Brentwood Staff will be in contact with each club/school to inquire about On Campus accommodations and Meal Service needs.
