ALL BOATS must pass through Control Commission at Beach.  ALL BOATS are to launch from Launch/Receiving Beach adjacent to RMRC Boathouse Parking Lot.  Adaptive Rowing to Launch/Receiving RMRC Dock.

Control Commission to include - Check for PDFS (worn by ALL ROWERS & COXSWAINS), condition of Boat, Heel Ties, Addition of Bow Number. Control Commission Approval is required by Head Referee and Race Director-Starter
