Port Angeles Coastal Regatta

  • Hosted By: Olympic Peninsula Rowing Association
  • USRowing Sanctioned Regatta

Coastal (Beach) Regattas are a faced paced beach and rowing event, when one-on-one rowers run across the beach, jump into specially designed coastal shells (with help of trained volunteers to steady the boat)...followed by rowing a slallom course 250 yards out followed by 250 yard straight sprint back to the beach...getting out of the boat and running across the beach back to the start line to touch "the flag" first.

FISA Compliant Coastal Rowing Boats are provided as part of the entry fee
