Here are some of the frequently asked questions.  

• Hot Seating: How many events are allowed for hot seating?  There is a 4-event minimum.  Example; Hot Seating 1 with 5, 4-events, 3-in-between.
• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on St. Mary's Prep grounds

• Pets: Pets are not allowed.  Please keep them at home

• Can we bring food trailers and set-up tents?    Yes, we have open tent locations; 1st come.  All food trailers and tents will be on the lawn in front of the lake.  Please drive your trailer to your tent location and unhook.  Cars/trucks may not stay with the trailer as there is insufficient room.
• Can I drop off the food trailer Friday?  Yes, but after 2:00 pm.  We will have people on-site to direct.

• Can I set-up my tents on Friday? Yes, but after 2:00 pm.  We highly recommend you stake your tent.

• Can I drop the boat trailer off on Friday?  Yes with advanced notice and after 5:00 pm.  We need to clear the parking lot of students cars.

• Will you have the Friday night dinner?  Please contact Coach Czarnecki

• If we win one of the trophies can we take it with us?  Yes, these are travel trophies.  I you win a trophy, please take one of the plaques and have it engraved.

• Will medals be awarded? Yes medals are awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishes.  We will be using point blocking for the cups, but placing teams will receive medals even if they are the 2nd boat.

• How are the cup points awarded?  Points are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes per the posted scoring system.  However, we will score with blocking.  If 1-crew finishes in more than 1-place, only the highest finish is scored.   ex. If the school finishes 1st and 3rd, points for 1st place are awarded.  3rd place is blocked and no points are awarded.  In this example, the 3rd place boat will receive medals.

• Can we sell club fundraising items? Yes, but only at your team tent.  No material may state Laddie Cup due to contract restrictions with our vendor.
