Welcome! Bienvenue! Kwe'! Bienvenidos!

We are excited to announce the 2023 edition of the Red Island Regatta hosted by Rowing PEI.

This year, the regatta will be a coastal only event. There will be 2500-metre and 4500-metre coastal endurance rowing on the afternoon of Saturday August 26th, as well as a full morning of beach sprints on Sunday August 27th. Rowers will compete on courses located on the Brudenell River, next to the Rodd Brudenell Resort and the Brudenell River Campground.

A highlight, as always, will be our Saturday Awards and Hospitality Event, featuring P.E.I. baked potatoes and mussels!  All the division winners also get to take home a bag of P.E.I. potatoes as their prize.

All boats and oars will be provided, so competitors only need to bring their spirit of adventure…and water shoes!!

P.E.I. is EXTREMELY busy this summer. Some say it’s going to be the busiest tourism year in the province’s history. So we encourage you to book your accommodations ASAP!

We hope to see you on Saturday August 26th and Sunday August 27th on beautiful Prince Edward Island!

We are happy to answer any questions!  Feel free to reach out by email ([email protected])  or text (902-394-3297).
