Registration / Waitlist 

The regatta registration cap has been replaced with a per event entry cap.  We will actively manage the waitlist and when possible add reallocate entries from under subscribed events to oversubscribed events.  We are most likely to add a entries when we can fill a heat. 

Handicaps 

Masters events will use the US rowing hadicap.
