The Final versions of the Heat Sheets are now up [with changes as of 9pm Feb 22].  Please check to see if you have any conflicts. Several flights were switched to provide more time for certain rowers - make sure your crews are still okay.  Given the tight time constraints, I cannot add any more heats, but I might be able to move a crew to a different heat in the same event to provide more time.  You should plan on at least an hour between events for hot-seating to make sure you don't miss your next race.  Remember, crews need to row all the way to the end of the attenuator (1500m), turn into the course, and then row another 500m (for Juniors; 1000m for Masters) to get to the Starting Line.
