Club Registration with FSRA
- For our insurance to cover you, each club entering must be a current member of FSRA. Unaffiliated individuals must sign the FSRA waiver.
- College rowers need to sign the FSRA waiver.
EVENTS MAY CLOSE EARLY:
It is anticipated in some circumstances if the amount is too high.
To complete racing at a reasonable time, we will probably have to limit the number of flights per event to three, which would mean a maximum of TWENTY-ONE entries for races. If some events are under-subscribed, we can add additional flights.
We reserve the right to close some events before the deadline if necessary.
ENTRIES:
Rowers are allowed to participate in more than one event. Please check the time between races.

RACE COURSE
All events will be 1500 m. start AT THE END CLOSE TO MRC AND FINISH AT RUSTY PELICAN
There will be seven lanes, and the course will be buoyed every 500 meters.

TRAINING TIME:
Training on Friday afternoon is available between 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Dock closes at 4:00 p.m.
Training will be on Friday, April 5th, between 2:30 and 4:30 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS
PARKING:
Please share this with all team members, parents, boards & anyone coming to the regatta.
Please use this registration to pre-purchase your parking pass before the regatta (1-2 weeks before). This includes ALL athletes, coaches, busses, trailer drivers, support staff, parents, friends, & family members.

The ticket is valid for one car access on the event day. Please add the vehicle color, model, and make to the check-out notes. In-person ticket purchases will show an increase in the rate.

Masters Events:
The races will be 1000 mts. The start line is at 500 mts until Rusty Pelican.
Will use the USrowing handicap
Varsity Rules
- Teams must enter their fastest crews on the 1st Varsity level, 2nd fastest on the 2nd level, and 3rd fastest on the 3er level.
- LTW 4+ and LTW 8+ are considered like first Varsity 4+ or first Varsity 8+
- The rule applies to same-sized boats. If a lower class boat records a faster time than its higher level boat, the LOC may investigate & choose to disqualify boats from the event.
- A team may enter lightweight & first-year student events without entries at the other levels.
WAIVERS:
The current waiver link and instructions for the (FSRA) waiver are as follows:
All rowers must have the FSRA waiver to participate in the Regatta.
2023-24 RC waiver portal:

- Waivers must be signed by all regatta participants or their parents/guardians.
- All masters must have the waiver.
- As per the instructions on the page, if you are not an FSRA club/school, please register as "Unaffiliated" (masters, out-of-state teams, Unaffiliated rowers)
- Please begin filling these out (having each fill them out)
- IP addresses are tracked. REMEMBER to fill them out for your athletes.
SAFETY:
According to US Rowing rules, all boats must have adequate Bow Balls, Bow Numbers, and Quick Release shoes.
BOW NUMBERS:
Mandatory provide your Bow Numbers. Any boat can only go to the start line with the bow number.
Please ensure your bow number is safe and tied on your boat.

Middle school events:
Middle School mixed 8's will race at 1000 m course. All boats racing in this event will receive medals. Middle school programs may enter multiple boats.
Middle School, start in the start line until the first 1000 mts.
Middle School events will be 1000 Mts.
Boats on mixed events must have mixed crews(four boys with four girls)
Medals:
Medals will be awarded to the top three by heat.
Cancellation due to Inclement Weather: If weather prohibits racing on Saturday, priority will be given to the level of crews that are most experienced and that conditions allow for racing. For example, a Youth 8+ event will occur over a sculling event.
There will be no refunds due to inclement weather.
