ONLINE REGISTRATION

• All clubs and individuals apply for entries through Regatta Central.
• There will be a regatta entry cap of 100 entries per flight with priority being given to large boats.

COMPETITORS FROM OUTSIDE CANADA
We welcome international participants! The closest airport is Victoria BC (code YYJ). The Coho car ferry from Port Angeles is trailer-capable. The Seattle Clipper takes foot passengers only. The WSDOT ferry international route to and from Sidney B.C. is out of service.
Check the current Government of Canada rules for entering Canada. Coaches of international crews may communicate with the LOC chair to ensure entries for passport and international travel reasons.

ENTRY ACCEPTANCE
Entries will be confirmed within one week after the Entry Deadline.

• The total number of entries in the event is limited by the ability to effectively launch and marshall an entire flight within a window that allows for reasonable racing.
• We are reviewing our approach to guaranteed entries and seeding, with the intent of continuing to reward crews who finished strongly last year, while mitigating some of the challenges of actually implementing this.

GUARANTEED ENTRIES & SEEDING
Registrations for specific events are accepted on a first-come first serve basis; there are no guaranteed entries. Based on past performance and other factors, the Draw will assign lower bow markers to crews that are expected to be faster.

DRAW
A Draw will be posted online at Regatta Central on the Monday of the week of the event. This draw is subject to changes until one day out from the regatta to ensure that the umpires have the most current information regarding entries and scratches.
