* Coaches - Please have buses move to the designated loading/unloading area upon arrival as shown on the Regatta Overview Map.

** For emergency situations, we are asking all teams to label their buses with the school name.  We will distribute 3"x5" cards with the school name to locate in the left side winshield area at Registration.  We are also asking that each team provide the bus drivers name and phone number for availability as a contingency during an emergency. 

*** For safety purposes, a 5 mph speed limit will be imposed in areas of loading/unloading boats, chuck wagons and buses.
