- A rower or coxswain cannot have reached his or her 19th year prior to September 1 of that academic year, or the year in which he or she completes the 12th grade of secondary school, having been a fulltime student, whichever is later.
- Rowers may double row in events, but no accomodations in the schedule will be made to allow this.
- Competitors in the same boat must be from the same club or the same school. No composite entries.
