RULES & REQUIREMENTS

SAFE SPORT:  All Participant Adults are required to have SAFE SPORT TRAINING - 30 MIN Video - SEE US Rowing Website for requirements and video.  Control Commission will be checking your compliance prior to Launching to the Start.

Tentatively scheduled for the Wednesday, evening before the Regatta weekend. Check back here for time and Zoom meeting log-in.

ALL BOATS must pass through Control Commission at Beach.  ALL BOATS are to launch from Launch/Receiving Beach/Dock.

Control Commission to include - Check for PDFS (worn by ALL ROWERS & COXSWAINS), condition of Boat, Heel Ties, Addition of Bow Number. Control Commission Approval is required by Head Referee and Race Director-Starter.
