Exciting News for Masters Rowers!
We’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new race category: Masters Novice Single — created just for masters rowers who are newer to the sport!
If you're a masters athlete racing in a single and have competed in fewer than five head races, this category is for you. It’s a great way to challenge yourself, build confidence, and enjoy some friendly competition with others at a similar experience level.
Equipment rentals/loaners
Need Equipment? We’d love to help, but we just don’t have the bandwidth to coordinate equipment rentals or loaners while running the regatta. If you require equipment, we encourage you to reach out directly to other clubs attending the event to inquire about availability.
Parking
Save money by prepaying for parking via EventBrite.
Parking gates open at 6:30 am for boats and trailers, 7 am for spectators.
Parking is limited. PLEASE CARPOOL!!!! We cannot guarantee parking for late arrivals.
Singles, Doubles and Coaches/Coxswains Meetings
7:30 AM - Singles and doubles meeting near the launching docks at Point
8:00 AM - Coaches/Coxswains meeting near the launching docks at Point
Hot-Seating Policy
Hot-seating of boats is strongly discouraged and will only be permitted under unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure. Please be aware that hot-seating can cause significant delays at the launch dock, the start line, and in the timely production of race results. These delays negatively affect the overall efficiency and fairness of the regatta.
All hot-seating requests must be approved by the Launch Dockmaster prior to launch. To inquire about a hot seat, please check in with the Dockmaster after the coaches meeting and before racing begins.
Unauthorized hot-seating may result in disqualification or the crew being moved to exhibition status.
To help avoid scheduling conflicts and reduce the need for hot-seating, teams are encouraged to review last year’s race schedule as a general reference for this year’s expected timing. While the final schedule will be based on actual entries, the overall format is anticipated to remain similar.
