NOARA online waivers are required for this regatta. 

(NOTE:  US Rowing & Ronin waivers do not apply.) 

This is the first regatta of the new FSRA rowing year 2013 -- 2014,  so a new FSRA / NOARA online waiver is required.   No other previous waiver is valid for this (or any other FSRA based) regatta.
 

VERY  IMPORTANT:   In order that we comply with NOARA policies, we must use  THEIR  report as the ultimate authority for who has and has not signed waivers.   If there are any discrepancies for any reason, we will need to request that a paper waiver be signed before competitors who do not appear on the waiver compliance report will be allowed to race.
