2022 HOCR Waivers

Please use this link to submit waivers for the 2022 HOCR.  For USRowing Registered organizations(USRowing IRC and USRowing Weekend Pass teams), this link will re-direct you to the USRowing Membership website - athletes for these clubs will sign the USRowing waiver.  For FISA IRC (International Teams/Competitors), this link will direct you through a separate process.
