Please consider making an additional contribution to support RRC and its community programs. The Renton Rowing Center is community boathouse of the George Pocock Rowing Foundation. Adult Annual Membership

Renton Rowing Practice Punch Card

For $200 you can buy 10 practices that you can attend at any time and in any class. By buying the punch card, you will be issued a punch card to use at your convenience. All punch cards expire at the end of 2018

  • Adult Sculling Saturdays with Kent (May- August 2018)

    This class focuses on rowing for fitness or entry-level racing in a single scull. Ability to confidently row an intermediate single (Maas Aero, Bay 21) or Club 1x required and coach evaluation is required. Each class focuses on rowing longer distances with proper technique to build skills and endurance. Practices are moderately intense workouts and will include long rows and interval training. Renton Rowing Center membership required.

    This camp is for middle school through high school aged individuals who want to try a new sport or who rowed with Renton during the school year and want to keep being active on the water during the summer. Participants will have opportunities to sweep row, scull, cox, kayak, and stand up paddle board during the course of camp.
    New Rowers (Novice) Camp: For 8th-12th grade athletes with no previous competitive rowing experience. Athletes will learn the basics of rowing in sweep and sculling team boats and will do land-based conditioning, including cardiovascular training (erg, run, stairs, indoor bike), strength training, and core and flexibility work.
