All-American Rowing Camp - Lake Quinsigamond, Worcester

Six day crew camp for experienced rowers that will run June 16th-23rd. It will be taught by Olympic class rower Jim Dietz and college coach Mark Wilson. There will be two rowing sessions per day in sculls with film review of each session.

Novice Juniors Rowing Camp 1 - Sculling

This camp is an introduction to scull rowing on Lake Quinsigamond. It is the perfect place for participants that have little to no experience rowing, are interested in sculling and looking to learn a new skill. Kids will start by learning in 4s or 8s then working their way into a doubles. The goal of this program is to introduce the basic mechanics of rowing, provide foundational skills, and build familiarity with boathouse life. It’s perfect for people of all fitness levels, does not require any previous rowing experience, and is intended to be very hands-on.
