Adult Masters Development Program - Late Summer
This program is for adult (masters) athletes who completed the Learn to Row program (ie, minimum of at least 2 LTR sessions) to further develop their skills in preparation for rowing as full members. The program will provide opportunities for sculling and sweep rowing. Sessions are twice weekly (Thursdays 600-730PM and Saturdays 900-1030AM). The program will run for 7 weeks starting late July.
